1. Acceptance

By registering an account on the Nostalgia: Los Santos game server, forum, or Player Panel (UCP), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use any of these services.

2. No liability for account security

Nostalgia: Los Santos is a hobby/community roleplay project. We are not responsible for:

• Passwords, email addresses, or any other account credentials you register with
• Loss, theft, or leaking of your login data, including via reused passwords, phishing, malware on your own device, or third-party data breaches unrelated to us
• Any consequences of using the same password on other websites/applications

3. GDPR / Data handling

We are not a commercial entity and do not provide formal GDPR data-processing guarantees. Account data (such as username, email, and in-game activity) is stored solely to operate the server, forum, and UCP, and is not sold or shared with third parties. By registering, you accept this data-handling approach as-is, on a best-effort, non-commercial basis.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the staff team, on a best-effort basis.

4. Fair use & conduct

• Accounts are personal - do not share your credentials with others
• Staff may suspend or delete accounts that violate server/forum rules
• Server rules, features, and these Terms may change at any time without prior notice

5. Agreement

Registering an account on the server or on the forum constitutes explicit agreement to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
